The Cyber Security Practice was established in March 2021 and has since supplied over 60 clients with a team of 3 people focusing on contract and permanent roles. As of October 2022, they have over 50 contractors deployed and made over 30 permanent hires. The practice covers security roles across all industries and the security lifecycle from leadership to compliance. It is a high performing team that has achieved promotions, incentives trips and hit targets. The Cyber Security Practice was established in March 2021, since then we are actively supplying 60+
clients, our current team is 3 people, currently 70/30 contract to perm focus, as of October 2022 we
have over 50 contractors deployed and made over 30 permanent hires, we also have a number of
consulting engagements and cyber improvement programmes inflight, where we are supplying
outcome based services.

Team culture:

High preforming and accountable, everyone in the team has a shared mission to succeed, this has
been evident both in performance (whole team has hit lunch clubs, incentives trips, and promotions
in the short time our team has been at Investigo) and achievement from a targets and billing
perspective. (team overachieving targets, hitting platinum commission scheme etc) We pride
ourselves on having a good technical understanding of the market, but also a personal approach,
meeting people in person is a core focus for us. As a team we collaborate closely and this enables us
to form a true partnership with our clients and customers.

We are not all work, we are also very active in wider company initiatives, and a very social bunch.

Key points:

1. High performance, everyone in the team is doing well and as the saying goes the rising tide
carries all ships, we are on a high growth trajectory and anyone joining the team now has
the potential to grow, it’s a exciting period for a new team with uncapped potential, we have
already had promotions within the team and big plans for growth in 2023.
2. Industry knowledge and experience – both David and Cheree have close to a decade
experience specifically focused on the Cyber Security market, as a team we stay up to speed
on market trends, technologies and this also means attending/host events, conferences,
workshops and cyber community involvement , we actively encourage the team to meet
clients and candidates wherever possible
3. Ability to sell into the existing portfolio of Investigo clients, (over 1000 existing clients) as a
team already 60+ in 18 months, also lots of warm introductions
4. Carve out your own patch – we are looking for people who want to bring new ideas to the
table, be it new geographies, market niche or service offering. We have a flexible approach
and deliver across perm (retained, contingent, team builds), contract/interim and outcome
based solutions.
5. We work closely with the groups consulting arm Definia, which has allowed us to expand our
services beyond standard recruitment services and deliver security projects and
programmes, high value and typically exclusive, outcome based business. Very appealing for
anyone who knows the security market but looking at innovative ways to supply clients.
