EMPLOYER: Surfly provides the easiest way to share a web page or a document on the web. Unlike
traditional screen sharing it requires no installation or browser plugins and is limited to a web page
rather than the whole screen. By using a smart content-rewriting proxy we allow any website to be
shared, without website owners having to change them in any way. Surfly is located in Amsterdam,
the Netherlands.

LOCATION: Amsterdam, Netherlands
VISA sponsorship: YES
CONTRACT: one year probation period aiming permanent collaboration
SALARY and benefits:
- up to 3000 euros net/month, depending on candidate’s experience
- 25 paid holidays
- extra holiday allowance in may which is approximately 70% of the net monthly salary
RELOCATION: very limited financial support, don’t count on it
RECRUITING process:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Requirements:
Python Expert
Experienced in C
Experienced in javascript
Web development and/or network programming experience
Solid knowledge of the HTTP protocol
Experience with PostgreSQL
Comfortable with the Linux server environment
Comfortable with distributed version control (ideally Git)
Willingness to undertake sysadmin work
Ability and willingness to learn new tech as needed by the job
Bonus when experienced with any of the following: Redis, Varnish
Excellent English

The foreign national must take out healthcare insurance in the Netherlands.
The foreign national has not previously stayed in the Netherlands illegally.
The foreign national has not given false information or have withheld important
information to support any previous applications.
The foreign national must undergo a tuberculosis (TB) test in the Netherlands. The foreign
national must undergo this test within 3 months after the residence permit has been issued.
If necessary, the foreign national must be treated for TB.
the passport and certificate of good conduct must be translated into English and signed by a
notary (apostil)
