COURSE SYLLABUS

PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT
FIRST SEMESTER, AY 2021-2022

PROGRAM: BACHELOR IN TECHNICAL VOCATIONAL

COURSE TITLE: PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT
CREDIT UNITS: 3.00
PRE-REQUISITE: NONE
CONSULTATION HOURS: 8:00 to 5:00PM (Mondays to Saturdays)

Course Description:

This course introduces the dynamics of personality development and aims to


show the students various ideal representation of the personality. In this course, the
students will be able to reflect on their existing value system, philosophies in life and
perception of success and happiness. RICH Learning modules for this course shall
include activities that will facilitate paradigm shift, self-discovery, and students’
comparison of their own personalities to the ideal ones in accordance with their chosen
paths as well. Unpleasant experiences are processed such that the participant is able to
perceive them positively, learn from them and turn them into learning, meaningful and
purifying experiences. This course shall also set the standards in terms of self-
representation that the institution expects from its students and future graduates when
they are already in their chosen paths.
