Safety and Notes
• Product should be installed and serviced by a certified electrician in
accordance with applicable national, state, and local building and
electrical codes.
• To reduce the risk of electric shock, ensure that the main power source
and circuit breakers are switched off before performing any installation
or wiring procedures.
• Avoid looking directly into lamp when illuminated.
• Ensure all mounts are securely attached and will support the weight of Specifications
the fixture. Failure to properly support fixture may result in damage or
injury, for which the manufacturer does not assume responsibility. VTLF-2T8 Check product label for specific electrical
IP Rating Weatherproof IP65 specifications related to installation.

Assembly (Standard Single-Sided T8)

1. Connect plastic latches to fixture housing.


2. Run cord through water-tight connector and attach connector to fixture housing.
3. Insert T8 sockets into reflector.
4. Wire fixture in accordance with all applicable electrical codes.
5. Place reflector inside the fixture housing, and twist locks to secure reflector.
6. Install mounting brackets.
7. Install T8 lamps. Ensure lamps installed according to label on reflector and label on T8 tube.
Note: Sockets come pre-wired for single end use only. Additional wiring (not included) is required to use dual-ended tubes. See page 2.
8. Secure lens to fixture housing using plastic latches.

Optional Dual-Sided T8 Installation
1. Connect plastic latches to fixture housing.
2. Run cord through water-tight connector and attach connector to fixture housing.
3. Insert T8 sockets into reflector.
4. Disconnect line or neutral (not both) from pre-wired tombstones.
5. Run the disconnected wire to the opposite end of the fixture (additional wire required, not included).
6. Secure wires into blank tombstones by pushing wire in until locked into place (pictured below).
7. Place reflector inside the fixture housing, and twist locks to secure reflector.
8. Install mounting brackets.
9. Install T8 lamps. Ensure lamps installed according to label on reflector and label on T8 tube.
10. Secure lens to fixture housing using plastic latches.
