Understanding your body shape could help you
find the most effective workout and, according
to many studies, help improve your health.
There are so many factors that can determine
our body type: genetics, lifestyle, sex and age.
Some people can eat fried foods and junk every
day but never gain weight.
It's movement that gives us healthy joints,
strong bones, physical strength, good
circulation; including cardiovascular circulation,
good coordination and reflex reactivity;
improved learning skills and concentration, and
mental well-being. Without it we would
deteriorate.
