MEETING IN THE CRAFTING OF SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

MEETING AGENDA:
1. To discuss School Improvement Plan

DISCUSSION
PART I – PRELIMINARIES / OPENING PROGRAM
The meeting was called for the review and revision of School Improvement Plan. The meeting
started at exactly 9:00 in the morning chaired by Mrs. Lina A. Gonzales, Teacher In-Charge. A short
prayer led by Ms. Levie An M. Ariola, Grade 1 Teacher.

PART II – CONFERENCE PROPER


1. ROLL CALL
Mrs. Epitacia M. Leonor checked the attendance of the teachers and stakeholders wherein
100% of teachers’ attendance and 100% of stakeholders’ concern were present.
2. CALL TO ORDER
After the acknowledgement of the teachers and stakeholders the Teacher In-Charge Mrs.
Lina A. Gonzales called the meeting into order at exactly 9:00 in the morning.
3. NEW BUSINESS
3.1 Understanding the SIP
The Teacher In-Charge discussed the School Improvement Plan (SIP) and how it
will serve means of continuing growth of the school as an educational institution
for school year 2019-2022.

3.2 Preliminary Steps in SIP Preparations


The Teacher In-Charge presented the school profile. And her insights regarding
the problems and concern addressed in the SIP.

3.3 Forming a School Planning Team


The Teacher In-Charge initiated the formation of the School Planning Team.

3.4 SPT Orientation and Preparation for School Improvement Plan


The Teacher In-Charge oriented the new set of SPT members about their rules
and responsibilities. They started gathering data and they also determined the
school goal and objectives.

3.5 Identifying the Projects


The Teacher In-Charge and the members of SPT reviewed and revised the
identified projects for the school. Sustained projects were the following:
1. Project ABOT ALAM
2. Pasilidad ay Ingatan, Maging Sino ka Man
3. Maayos na Daan Para sa Kinabukasan Project
4. Project SPG (Sa Pagbasa Gagabay)

3.6 School’s Monitoring and Evaluation Plan and Structure


The Teacher In-Charge and the members of SPT developed the School’s
Monitoring and Evaluation Plan and Structure.

PART III – Adjournment


There was no further matter to be discussed, the meeting was adjourned at exactly 12:00 in
the afternoon.
