Moon Observations Assignment

The document summarizes observations of the moon's appearance and position over 10 days. Key findings include: 1) The moon was observed each night between 20h30-21h00, rising from an eastward direction. 2) Over the 10 days, the moon progressed through phases from waxing gibbous to full moon to waning gibbous. 3) The illuminated portion of the moon and its angle relative to the sun were recorded each night, showing the changing phases.

Abstract: Astronomy is a study that seeks answers in an attempt to explain everything we are able to
observe in the universe and beyond, from the planets to the multiple known galaxies, to the very
seasons we experience in our daily lives. The purpose of this scientific report is to investigate the
changes of the moon and its phases over the predetermined period of 10 days. Starting from day one
until day 10. Thereafter the results and observations are to be analyzed scientifically.
