GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW YE ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT

GREETING:-

WHEREAS We intend to purchase a Flat bearing No. 804 on 8th


floor, admeasuring 1110 sq.ft. Carpet area, in_Casa Univis, Cielo A wing
(hereinafter referred to as the said flat).

AND WHEREAS we are staying out of Mumbai / India therefore


We are unable to attend its execution and registration therefore, We
hereby appoint nominate and constitute my Father/Mother,
__________________ aged ___ years, residing at
____________________________________________________ as our
true and lawful Power of Attorney in our name and on our behalf to do all
or any of the following acts, deeds, things either or any one, that is to say
:-

NOW KNOW YE THESE PRESENTS WITNESSETH AS UNDER :-

1. To sign and execute the Agreement and admit the execution before
the Sub Registrar for purchase of above said Flat.

2 To register the purchase Agreement in respect of the said flat with


the Sub-Registrar of Assurances.

3. To receive original Agreement of the said Flat from Sub-Registrar


of assurances.
4. To sign & execute any affidavit and/or declaration on behalf of us
before any authority as well as Sub-Registrar of Assurances
regarding this transaction.

5. To take possession of the said flat from the builder.

6. To obtain membership of the society whenever formed.

6 A. To sign all the necessary forms for joining as a member in society.

7. To attend the meetings of society for the said flat purpose.

8. To deal with and/or correspond with the Government, Semi


Government authority in connection with or relating to the said
Flat.

9. To pay Government dues such as telephone bills, electricity bills,


payment of L.I.C. Premium etc. payable on behalf of us for the
said flat

10. To pay all taxes, rates, charges, expenses and other outgoings in
respect of the said Flat and obtain discharge in respect of the same.

11. To file suit for right and benefit on behalf of us before society and
other competent authority and to take any legal action on behalf of
us.

12. To reply/correspond on behalf of us.

13. To obtain loan by mortgaging the flat from any financial


institutions. To get disbursement of the loan and give receipt for
the same on behalf of us.

14. To sign any documents including Mortgage deed, Assignment


deed affidavit, Power of Attorney for obtaining the loan on the said
flat as well as in case if needed, to register the said document
before Sub-Registrar of Assurances for the purchase of above said
flat.
To repay the said loan as well as interest on the same to the financial
institution.

15. To receive rent/compensation of Leave & License basis for said


flat and our names and to give proper receipt of the same.

16. To sign and execute the Agreement of Leave & License basis for
the flat and registered on our names.

17. To sign and execute and register and receive as the case maybe, the
Cancellation Deed for Flat no ________ on the ___ floor
admeasuring 952 sq.ft. Carpet area, in_Casa Univis, Cielo C wing.

18 To do all necessary things for effectually executing and registering

the Agreement on our behalf as we have done ourselves.

This Power of Attorney is executed by us in favour of our upper


said Attorney on this __________ day of __________, 2013.
