Working properties Properties Typical value

Workability at ambient condition 1 - 2 hours
Foot Traffic 24 hours
Heavy Traffic 72 hours

Processing Surface preparation:

 Make sure tiles are firmly set, and adhesive or mortar is completely dry for 24 hours.
 Remove all spacers, pegs, ropes and string; clean joints by removing free loose dirt particles.
 Excessive humidity (above ~65%), low daylight and low temperature (less than 20°C) may retard the
cure.

Mixing:
 Pour the contents of Resin & Hardener into a clean pail.
 Always mix complete units. Resin and Hardener are packaged to the exact quantity ratio for proper
mixing. Partial mixing will result improper/no curing of grout.
 Mix thoroughly using a margin trowel or slow speed drill mixer until resin and hardener completely
blended.
 Slowly add at least ¾ filler into above Resin/Hardener mixer and mixed until a lump free, uniform
consistency is achieved. Add remainder filler slowly, if required, to achieve desired consistency.

How to Apply:
 Fill the tile joints with the Grout using a rubber flout or plastic spatula, ensuring that the joints are
completely filled.
 Remove the excess grout material from joints and surface by moving the rubber flout diagonally to
the grout lines.
 Remove as much excess material as possible before initial cleaning with grout float. Do not leave
excess grout on the face of tiles.

How to clean:
 After 30-45 minutes of the tile grout application, scrub the surface of the tile & joint with clean water
and scrubber pad in a circular motion.
 Using clean wet towel, remove residue from tile surface. Repeat as necessary rinsing the towel
frequently in a pail of clean water until the oily feeling has gone.
 After 2-3 hours, joints will begin to harden. If rough or uneven found on joints, dress lightly with a
sponge or gloved finger soaked in a soap solution to make smooth.
 Finally clean the tile surface with water and soap solution within 12 hours to remove epoxy haze.
 Care should be exercised not to use excess water or allow water to come into contact with the wet
grout. Surplus material must be removed from the face of the tiles before it sets.

Limitation  Light colors may darken slightly from direct UV exposure. Consult with Technical Services for specific
exterior recommendations.
 Maximum stain resistance is achieved 10 days after installation. Protect from exposure to acids and
strong cleaners during this period.
 Not recommended for soft, polished marble or delicate glazed tiles.

Atul is not responsible for tile grout applicator not in accordance with our instructions and industry
standard guidelines. Cracking due to structural movement, excessive deflection or other failure in the
substrate is also not covered.
