implement in my classroom and for students to easily follow. Routines and procedures are

and organized. This will also benefit the students to boost their confidence and comfort levels

REFLECT

a proper discussion on the set of routines and procedures. The routines and procedures should
be clear and concise so that students could easily understand and follow. If they forget
sometimes, we have to post visual aid of the routines and procedures for them remember. If
ever they are not following it or refuse to follow those rules, we have to impose consequences
to discipline them.

PLAN

further research or utilizing the internet could help me improve my strategy by browsing to
legit sources, read articles, other teacher’s suggestions and recommendations, and other
online resources. I could also ask feedback from my colleagues and listen to their
constructive criticisms. Also, to improve my classroom routines, I will also assess all that was
listed and rethink those that are hard for the students to follow.
