    Terms & Conditions

    ● Estimate Valid for 10 Days.


    ● Payment terms 100% advance at time of PO.
    ● Estimate given as per the drawing/photos shared. Any other deviation in requirement and site
    condition to be considered.
    ● Solar Power Connection at the nearest distribution box of the building. Any extra meter chargeable as
    per actual.
    ● Delivery Time 1-2 Weeks. Installation timeline to be given after final order.
    ● 2 years workmanship Warranty included in price.
    ● inverter Warranty Provided by Manufacturer. Terms & Conditions given by the Manufacturer will apply.
    Initial Warranty of 7 years.
    ● PV Module Warranty Given by Manufacturer. Given for 25 Years Depending on Model And
    Make. Module warranty to be passed on to customers at terms provided by Module Company.
    ● Scope of Work includes Design and installation of the System. All works relating to installation of the
    Solar panels and Solar inverters.
    ● Monitoring System if required then, customer to provide internet connection.
    ● Other Misc. items- lSl Standard and trusted Brands - Earthing, MC4 Etc.

    Exclusions

    ● Net Metering Cost As per Actual.


    ● Any changes required in Customer’s existing Electrical Setup.
    ● Internet connection to connect the Solar System to the remote monitoring site.
    ● Client to Provide - Basic construction and installation supplies, E.g., power and water.
    ● Client to provide - Safe material storage space for the period of construction.
    ● Dismantling/ Removal / Relocation of any tanks, pipes or other structures required for SPV installation

    CONFIDENTIALITY

    This proposal and all information, whether written or oral, in connection with this proposal, is
    confidential and may not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the
    other Party, exclusive of attorneys and tax advisors. Except for disclosures required under
    applicable law and save for disclosures to the Parties’ advisors and representatives (provided
    that such parties agree to keep the information in strict confidence), this Agreement is strictly
    confidential among the Parties and any of their representatives. Neither the existence of this
    document nor the terms herein nor the fact that the Parties or their affiliates are in negotiation
    with respect to the transaction contemplated herein may be disclosed to any third parties. A
    Confidentiality Agreement may also be entered into by the parties on or around the date of this
    Proposal to further support this intent.
