REFLECTION
Alaer, Merry Grace B.
By selling eggplant fries, we can prove that even if they don't eat vegetables we can
feed them by discovering a product mixed with vegetables and made unique, it
becomes more marketable to young people because they want to try more than just
fries . Be appreciative of the time to rest early. I also learned that even if the business is
hustle, if it is worth it, you will be less tired.

Arroyo, Reign Marie C.

The things that I learned from my experiences in our business is, time management
is very important, important things should be prioritized. I also learned that every
problem always has a solution. And another thing, I learned that work will be easier if
there is unity and cooperation with each other. I also learned that budgeting and being
strategic in business is very important. Also, one of the important things I learned is the
importance of recording the cash flows of a business because this will determine if the
business is doing well.

Dalida, Mecailla
I've come to realize how crucial it is to reach out to the public using the most recent
trends. This aids in spreading awareness of the product and is a reliable way to solicit
feedback. I'm not a particularly good worker, but while working on this project, looking
for suppliers, and considering what I would need for our business, I have picked up
some fundamental knowledge about the ingredients needed for cooking. I've created a
check list of the things I need to accomplish for our business, which I found useful and
which I think other people who are interested in starting a business could find beneficial.

Dimaala, Melody A.
Our CEO decided to turn eggplant fries into a business because our target customers
are people who don't eat eggplant and those who are malnourished. My experience in
this business has taught me that having a healthy product that the community will buy is
E. Zobel Foundation, Inc.
more important than other product. This business teach me how to value our health
and appreciate things especially vegtables, which is why we decided to start this
eggplant fries business. In selling eggplant fries, I learned to eat eggplant even though I
don't really eat eggplant.

Dimaala, Neesie Joy D.

In this project, I learned that every project like this is mostly about communication and
unity. Based on my experience, sometimes you don't always need to be so intelligent to
be part of the group. Being kind, strategic, and respectful to fellow members is also
enough. I also learned how to budget money carefully for a successful outcome. Every
problem that comes our way has a solution; therefore, we successfully completed our
project without any regrets. I am also happy with the outcomes of this project because,
even though we are very tired from preparing our product, which is the eggplant fries,
we know it is worth it because we are helping others to be prudent and healthy as well.

Mercado, Keziah Mae S.

Despite we seem to be able to develop this product well, as it was our first time, it was
also challenging for us. Making our product is one of the easier but still not very
complex processes. I discovered while creating our product that collaboration and unity
are essential if we want to produce the eggplant fries more quickly and clearly. Due to
the long duration of the preparation procedure and the amount of time we can allocate
for cooking, planning together or making time spent is important for us. Additionally, I
observed that for those of us who manage our product business, budgeting is a must
considering our products' materials aren't exactly inexpensive.

Samonteza, Jane M.
It is quite fun my experience in cooking was never so easy. Sometimes I succeed,
but sometimes I fail to get the result I expect. But the process of cooking show me
things I didn't experience before, specially when I cook a recipe for the first time.
Cooking food gives me a mixed emotions, it makes me happy because I now finally
know how to cook, it makes me sad when I didn't achieve what I was going to make, but
it makes me so excited most of the time.
