ANNOTATION:
During the second quarter, we conducted a Learning Action Cell (LAC) session focusing on the PPST Standards for Teachers. Within
this LAC session, we delved into various teaching strategies aimed at enhancing learner achievement in literacy and numeracy. I have
attached the Performance and Coaching Monitoring Form, which I collaborated on with my ratees. This form serves as a guide for
them to assess their mandatory output—an exemplar lesson plan where they implemented teaching strategies to fulfill the specified
objective.
