Nic Mail ids & Power Point Presentation


How to change / reset nic email id passwords

1. Open chrome / Mozilla /internet explorer (recommended mozilla


myself)
2. Type url mail.gov.in in chrome
3. Click on Forget password
4. Click on passapp
5. Type username and captcha
6. Type random number(otp from your registered mobile number)
7. Type new password ex: A123@seenu (must be one Caps,one
numeric,one special character and one small alpha,minimum 8
characters)
8. Conform password
9. Enter captche
10.This password can be used in eoffice login and also for nic email.

1.os windows 7 (32 bit or 64 bit)

2.Ram 2 GB minimum

3.java update version

4.token drivers (inbuilt in token)

5.Adobe Reader 11

6.internet

Training Modules
I. How to Dispatch Files Selected Section:
Steps:

1. Open e-office Login. (https://krnl.eoffice.ap.gov.in)

2. Type Login ID & Password.

3. Click File Management System in FILE & DOCUMENT SERVICE B ox.


4. Click Receipts Option.

5. Click Browse &Diaries Button in Receipts Box in Corner of Right Side.


6. Click Upload File Button(Upload(Only PDF Format up to 20MB Only) and
Type Details of Concerned Upload File in Right Side and Star(*) Symbol
Check Boxes is Mandatory Like 1. Dairy Details, 2.Contace Details and 3.
Category & Subject.

7. Click Generate & Send Button.

8. Click “To” Button  Click Contacts Button  Select e-mail to send


concerned file  Click Send Button.
II. How to Create File:

Steps: 1. See Below Picture.

2. Click Receipts Option  Click Inbox Option.

3. Select e-mail Click Put in file Option shown in Arrow Mark.

4. Click Create File Click Non SFS Option.


5. Select File No. and Subject, Other Details etc., and Star(*) Sysmbol is
Mandatory.  Click Continue Working Button.  Click “OK” Button.

III. How To Crate Note File:


Steps:
1. 1. See Below Picture.

2. Click File Option in Shown in Above Arrow Mark.

3. Click Created Option --> Completed Option

4. Select e-mail Option shown in above Picture.

5. Type Note (Type Yellow Note to Edit Note by Concerned Authority) .

6. Click Ok Button  Click Send Button.

7. Click “ To” Button  Click Contacts  Select e-mail for Approval Note
File(Manager, Supervisor, Revenue Officer etc., ). - Send Button.

IV. How to Create File:
Steps: 1. See below Picture.

2. Select Note Approval File (Arroe Mark).

3. Click “Draft Button” in Top Side.  Create New Draft Option  Type a Letter 
Type Draft Details and Communication Details.  Click Save Button
 Click Ok Button.

4. Click Files  Click Inbox  Select Prepared Draft Letter Mail  Send Button of
Top Side  Slick Ok Button.
