You will write and maintain a blog each week for 12 weeks over the course of the
semester.

Writing prompts for each blog will be assigned by me.

The blog will live on the Marketing in the Age of Digital Publication on Medium

You will need to create an account on Medium if you don't already have one.

Your profile should include your picture and something in your profile that tells us
you will be blogging about marketing.

The recommended length of each blog is 350-800 words.

These are more than homework assignments. These blogs are an opportunity for
you to practice creating shareable content on a consistent basis.

Attention should be given to the aesthetics (images, use of subheadings, spacing)

as well as the written text.

Blog titles should be engaging and make someone want to read more.

The opening line to your blog should do the same.

Attention should also be given to keywords that will help people find your blog.

These are to be written in your voice and from your perspective. NO ChatGPT !!!!

This is an opportunity to develop your viewpoints concerning marketing.

Arguments should always be backed by data. That means you should hyperlink to
your references. This is a hyperlink.

Each blog post should contain a minimum of 3 hyperlinks to references.

The bonus of these assignments is that they are also an opportunity to build your
personal brand as a marketer.
