Summary of Strengths and Areas of Possible Growth


In terms of my identified strengths, I have grown a lot in this past year as a teacher leader by being assigned to
multiple departments, leading professional development sessions, providing support to teachers, and
advocating for additional tools, resources, and technology. I have successfully contributed to an effective
collaborative environment to meet individual and school goals. I have been able to help my colleagues enact
actionable tasks based on assessment data to help encourage them in continuous improvement and
professional development. Furthermore, I have grown in my ability to provide constructive feedback to
colleagues when needed, to further advance our goals and ensure that diverse perspectives are involved.

In terms of my identified areas of possible growth, I can improve in my facilitation of meetings to ensure all
individual’s insights are valued and respected. I can also improve my cultural toolkit to better understand
different perspectives and cultural values, and how these interact. Also, I can improve in my collaboration with
