Journal writing

what you are feeling. This enables you to reassess your goals in life.
Writing about your experiences helps you process them. It enables you to learn to break down
complex experiences into relevant, valuable bits of information that make sense to you. In this way, it helps
you to see opportunities that may not have been clear at first glance.
By writing down what has happened to you, you can track what you have done and where you have
gone wrong in life to prevent you from repeating the mistake. The best thing about journal writing is that it
makes you reflect on what you have done. Reflection is the key to a better future. It allows you to see how
you have changed over time. You read your past entry and evaluate your actions. This helps to make you a
better person.
