100% freight payable in US Dollars to owners nominated bank within 3 banking days on
signing and releasing of Bills of Lading marked "Cleaned on Board". 100 percentage freight
deemed earned, whether vessel and cargo lost or not.

9. Demurrage usd 18,500/Half Despatch PDPR WTS Demurrage/Despatch money to be


settled within 30days upon completion of discharge, owners submitting their invoice along
with other supporting documents like SOF,NOR,HOLIDAY LIST etc...

10. All taxes including freight tax and dues on vessel to be for owners account and similarly
on cargo for the charterers account.

11. Extra war risk premium on vsl, if any, to be for Charterers acct

12. Owners agent at loadport and at discharge chartered nominated ag ents, owners paying
customary agency fees, as per the prevailing market rate

13. NOR to be given only after vessel obtaining free pratique, customs clearance,
immigration etc arrival and berthing of the vessel at anchorage under WIPON, WIBON,
WCCON & WIFCON. Turnaround time 12hrs.(Note-At Singapore port)as per port
authorised timings they accept NOR only on working days from 08.00 to 5.00pm so we can’t
go beyond the timings of Port Authorities.

14. Overtime for the party ordering same, if ordered by the port authorities same to be on the
basis of 50/50%

15. Owners to release the cargo at discharge port without production of original Bills of
Lading, but chrs providing the Letter of Indemnity in their letter head as per the P&I
Wordings.

16. 2.5% addcom, 1.25 brokerage payable to Owners Broker and 1.25% on
freight/demurrage/dead freight. Brokerage amount is to be paid along with freight payment,
owners authorise charterers.

17. Subdetails Gencon C/P. based on C/P: Ferticon 2.5 PCT ADDCOM + 1.25 PCT Owners
broker and 1.25 PCT Chrs Broker

We thank you chrs last counter, which Owners accept all terms are clean and now we are
fixed on clean fixture recap on Main terms. We thank you for everything so far.

General Arbitration / Arbitration to be Held in UK and English Law to apply


Based on Charterers Chrs executed cp m.v. Sea Lion c/p dt 1st Jan 2020 with Logical
amendments and with following addition/deletion concluded:
A Clause 25: Short Delivery
Owners will not be responsible for any quantity short delivered at POD, if Required Charter
can appoint the Third party Surveyor at their Cost and time for Joint draft survey .
B Clause 40: Trimming
Cargo shall be loaded, trimmed and discharged by Charterers free of expenses and risk to the
vessel. Vessel to be left in seaworthy trim to shift between berth to Master's satisfaction at
Charterers expenses.

C Clause 46: Overtime


Over time to be to the account of party ordering it. However, officers and crew over time to
be always on owners account. Over time, if ordered by port authorities, same to be for
Charterers/ Receivers/ Shippers account.
