Methods of Instruction

1. Lectures, project briefs, and handouts (teaching materials as per

the table above) align with the content of the course modules.
2. Student and instructor presentations, online discussion boards in
BlackBoard, and instructor and peer review sessions are integral
components of the course.
3. This senior-level core course in the B.Arch. Program demands a
masterly level of accomplishment in five crucial NAAB SPCs.
Consequently, exercises and hands-on activities necessitate in-
class group discussions, assignment work, homework, reading,
independent research, and interaction outside the classroom
through the Discussion Board in Blackboard. Students must
allocate sufficient time to engage in these activities.
4. In the studio, students work individually and in groups on their
assignments as instructed. The work is then reviewed by the
instructor to ensure that students demonstrate evidence of the
required SPCs. Participation in the and class reviews Blackboard
Discussion Board are mandatory. This is a vital part of the course
experience.
