TEACHER REFLECTION FORM


As educators, we want students to be excited to learn and
engaged in the work. But many students are disconnected or turned off to
education because they don’t see school as related to who they are and
the world they inhabit. That’s where culturally responsive teaching
strategies come into play. Culturally responsive teaching depends on a
learning environment that affirms our students and helps them feel
included, validated, valued, and safe. The following elements are crucial: a
fundamental belief in the ability of all students to learn, a wide range of
curricular content, dynamic instruction, and community involvement.

dependent of their parents and some students are work in food chain in
order to augment their family financial needs and some were working
student. I felt amaze and happy because at their age they are matured
enough to understand the situation of their family. Our guidance and
career modules helps to nurtures students’ academic, social, emotional,
cultural, psychological, and physiological well-being.

Pandemic situation taught us to be more productive and


initiative in my subject in order to help the student to participate in their
performance task. I put learning in context for students who can connect

a topic to their current lives or community. R ecognizes the rich and

varied cultural wealth, knowledge, and skills of diverse students will

motivate them to value and education is the important course that they
should treasure forever.

Therefore. I conclude I have to activate prior knowledge in


their specialization. I also prioritize the classroom set up for safety
protocols specially this Covid 19 pandemic. Seek ways for students to
use and share the skills, knowledge, and strengths they bring to the
classroom. Give students opportunities to respond to literature in a variety
of ways and to help each other to do so. I will connect to video specially
in YouTube for their modeling in baking skills and other media that will
give the students to arouse their interest into the content of the
classroom activity or laboratory.

Description of an event Art has always been my passion. When I


saw the works of Claude Monet, I fell in love
with them. It was a turning point because
painting has become a significant part of my
life since then.
Experiences Experiences depicted When I took the brush for the first time, it
using evocative language. felt miraculous. When I started to paint, it
was a feeling of happiness and freedom.
Analysis with references to other ainting has taught me patience and
experiences. concentration. I also understood that one
needs to work hard to achieve one’s goals.
Conclusion with some plans for the Now my paintings are much better than
future. before, thanks to my persistence. I will
continue developing my skills and applying
them in my everyday life.
