1. The lesson plan aims to develop creativity in learners with difficulties in adaptive skills by having them make cellphone and pen holders out of popsicle sticks. 2. The teacher will demonstrate and guide the learners through gluing popsicle sticks together to form the shapes of cellphones and pen holders, which may include adding paper bases and designs. 3. 1. Present the materials needed
2. Let them touch each material, especially the popsicle sticks
3. Ask learners to name the materials, especially the popsicle sticks
4. Let learners identify the materials that are used in making
cellphones and pen holders.
5. Praise them for answering the question
6. Demonstrate how the activity is done

Tasks Analysis 7. Ask learners to prepare the materials to be used.


Proper/Abstraction 8. Instruct them to prepare the popsicle sticks, glue gun, and glue
stick
9. Ask them to glue the popsicle sticks using the glue gun carefully,
so on and so forth to form a cellphone and pen holder. (Guide or
prompt the child if needed)
10. Cut lengthwise of paper to form a base on the cellphone and
pen holder.
11. Carefully glue using a glue gun the popsicle sticks on top of the
paper.
12. Put the formed cellphone and pen holder on the top of the
popsicles sticks that are being used as a base.
13. Put a little design on your popsicle stick cellphone and pen
holder.
14. Make more designs using popsicle sticks to create beautiful
artwork.
15. Praise the learners for the job well done.
