Business function: An electronic copy of the UTC - Local Time Comparisons.

Description: The Air Transport industry operates in an environment where local time and
days vary form country to country. With the added complication caused by
many countries adopting Daylight Savings Time during the summer months,
airlines require access to an accurate database displaying worldwide UTC -
Local Time comparisons.

Available in ASCII Text format and produced once a year in March. Includes
notification updates (in PDF) until next annual release.

Sale/Lease conditions: $1149.00 USD for March 2014 edition including updates.
Please note that web downloads are non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions for the use of the UTC/Local Time Comparisons
The UTC/Local Time Comparisons data file (referred to herein as “Data”), which you have been provided with, is
the intellectual property of IATA in respect of which IATA retains sole ownership and is the sole copyright holder.

The Data are licensed, and not sold, to you (“the Licensee”), and may be used within your software applications.
This license may not be assigned or transferred by the Licensee to any third party. The Data, in their raw format
(ASCII format), shall not be disclosed, given or sold to any third parties.

Breach of these Terms and Conditions for the use of the Data shall result in an immediate termination of this
license.
