Water vs Isotonic

A football player has a habit of drinking isotonic water after exercise

and matches to prevent dehydration. He prefers isotonic water to mineral water
because he feels healthier and more energetic. After drinking too much water,
his bladder becomes full, and he feels the urge to urinate. The football player
becomes curious about how human body maintains the body fluid and
electrolyte balance, and how the urinary system works.

Grown-up Boy

A 15-year-old boy felt that his body is changing. Now he is much

taller than his mother, his voice “cracks”, and he grew a thin moustache. He
noticed that majority of his male friends didn’t grow a moustache, so he is a
little embarrassed about it. A couple days ago, he was awakened from his
sleep and found that his pant is wet. He thought he wet the bed, but instead
of urine stain, he found wet sticky spot in his underwear. He asked his older
brother about this and his brother asked him whether he was dreaming
before he was awakened. But he remembered vaguely about his dream.
Instead of explaining to him, his brother teased him by saying “You’re a
grown-up boy, brother!!” Then, he told his father about his experience and
asked for explanation. His father explained that he had a wet dream and
ejaculate semen while he sleeps. After his father explanation, he was
wondering whether all his male friends also experienced wet dream like he
did; whether semen is the same as sperm and can he control his wet
dream.

MENARCHE

An 11-year-old girl was shocked and scared due to for the first time
found blood stains on her pants and not white mucous-discharge as seen in
the last few months. She told the experience to her mother. The mother said
that it was menstruation, which is normal for adult women, occurs
periodically about once a month, and is one of the signs that allow a woman
to be able to have children. The girl's feelings calmed down and then she
wondered whether this period relates to her breasts development which had
started since the last 2 years.
