RECTIFICATION ACTIVITIES:
1. Board up works to conceal working area for retaining wall
crack repair.

2. Dismantling and transferring built-in shelves and clearing of


any debris. Scaffolding works to reach wall to slab termination.
Tracing all cracks of the affected wall.

3. Crack cleaning/chipping of any loose concrete. V-Cutting


opening to all cracks. Removing of all dust and debris
afterwards.

4. Structural epoxy injection in all cracks. Sealer application


afterwards and allow it to cure in a day. Grinding excess
injectors and sealer after curing.

5. Application of cementitious waterproofing. (Three coats)

6. Forming Zocalo (plinth) to create additional barrier behind the


built in shelves and to avoid leakage of stored water between
the gap from retaining wall (if any in the future) to the tenant’s
