Technologies manages the infrastructure, application maintenance and upgrades; and also
undertakes IT transformation programs for the group companies. Jazeera Paints is the No. 1 paint
manufacturer in the Middle East. Based in Saudi Arabia, the company manufactures and deploys a
high quality and environmentally responsible paints. Since its inception 33 years ago, it grew to
manufacturing over 400 thousand tons of high quality paints and has a wide range of clients
including industrial, commercial and individuals. Jazeera Technologies is a start up in India but with a
strong parent company in Saudi Arabia. We are setting up our infrastructure at Gachibowli,
Hyderabad .

Job Description for the UI / UX lead position.

 Maintain ownership of the product vision and roadmap and improve the product
development process.
 Led the team and managed time across several projects at the same time.
 Expanding mastery of the business goals of each design request and pushing back on
stakeholders with innovative UX/UI proposals.
 Validate and iterate on your design solutions through feedback sessions, usability,
and live testing.
 Drive and create both web and mobile product concepts as part of a cross‐functional
team.
 Communicating ideas and insights, managing feedback, and evangelising UX
 Demonstrate high-quality design practices. This includes participation in all aspects
of UX: research, ideation, strategy, interaction design, wireframes, and visual design.
 Ensure that the projects are delivered in a timely manner.
 Finding creative ways to solve UX problems.
 Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex
design.
 Setting up and maintaining all the project’s design resources.
 Empower and mentor designers in the team, fostering a collaborative, productive,
and positive environment within a growing team.
 Maintain and further build design team workflows that ensure that all designs
delivered are in line with style guides and are of high-quality standards.
 Highly communicative and responsive both within the team and to stakeholders
across the company while managing a large volume of ongoing projects.
 Maintaining a designer role when it is required.
 Hands-on experience in tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Etc...
