Golf Course Stat Tracking Worksheets
Instructions: Fill out the score card below to track your stats for several categories. Use a Checkmark or an X depending on if it was a hit or miss. For
score, putts, and putts per GIR you'll use actual numbers but everything else (FIR, GIR, Scrambling, 3 Putts, and Fairways Missed Left and Right) uses X's
and Checkmarks. Total everything up after your 9 or 18 hole round and then transfer numbers to the other worksheets when you get home.

3. Total the number of greens in regulation you hit and put an X in the Date:
remaining boxes that you didn't hit the green.

4. Fill in the chart below and divide the two statistics to get putts per
green in regulation.
Example: If you only hit 7 greens, then GIR #1 through GIR #7 should
have putts entered next to them. You'll total the putts for those 7 greens
and divide that total by 7 to get putts per green in regulation.

1. Below you'll need to pull data from your very first round of golf for the season. Find your first round of golf's Improvement Score Card and
enter it into "Round 1 Only" as a starting point to compare to overtime as you progressed.
2. Each category's worksheet holds 10 rounds except for scrambling which holds 20 rounds, so find your 10 round averages and insert them
into the proper column below. Use Worksheets 2 through 6 to find these averages.
Example: If you've played 20 rounds year to date with our program and recorded your results, then you should have two worksheets filled out
for a statistical category like Fairways in Regulation as each sheet contains only 10 rounds and their respective 10 round averages. You'll enter
one set of data into "Rounds 1-10 Average" for your Fairways in Regulation Percentage and the second set of 10 into "Rounds 11-20 Average."
Then you can compare your first 10 rounds with your second 10 rounds to see how you've performed over time. As you complete another 10
rounds you'll enter their averages into the "Rounds 21-30 Average" column below and compare with the first two sets of averages.
3. If you want to find your 20 round or 30 round average then simply add up all 20 or 30 rounds for the stat you are looking at and divide by
20 or 30. An easier method may be to combine the "Totals" number of each completed worksheet since it contains a 10 round total rather
than adding each individual round together all over again. Then divide by however many rounds to get the average.
