Hebrews 10:25 And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage and warn each other,
especially now that the day of his coming back again is drawing near.

Hebrews 10:29 Think how much more terrible the punishment will be for those who have trampled on the Son of God
and have treated the blood of the covenant as if it were common and unholy. Such people have insulted and enraged
the Holy Spirit who brings God’s mercy to his people.

Hebrews 10:35 Do not throw away this confident trust in the Lord, no matter what happens. Remember the great reward
it brings you!

Hebrews 10:36 Patient endurance is what you need now, so you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all
that he has promised.

Hebrews 10:38 And a righteous person will live by faith. But I will have no pleasure in anyone who turns away.”

Hebrews 10:39 But we are not like those who turn their backs on God and seal their fate. We have faith that assures our

Hebrews 12:7 As you endure this divine discipline, remember that God is treating you as his own children. Whoever
heard of a child who was never disciplined?

Hebrews 12:8 If God doesn’t discipline you as he does all of his children, it means that you are illegitimate and are not
really his children after all.

Hebrews 12:9 Since we respect our earthly fathers who disciplined us, should we not all the more cheerfully submit to
the discipline of our heavenly Father and live forever?

Hebrews 12:10 For our earthly fathers disciplined us for a few years, doing the best they knew how. But God’s discipline
is always right and good for us because it means we will share in his holiness.

Hebrews 12:11 No discipline is enjoyable while it is happening—it is painful! But afterward there will be a quiet harvest
of right living for those who are trained in this way.

Hebrews 12:12 So take a new grip with your tired hands and stand firm on your shaky legs.

Hebrews 12:14 Try to live in peace with everyone, and seek to live a clean and holy life, for those who are not holy will
not see the Lord.

Hebrews 12:15 Look after each other so that none of you will miss out on the special favor of God. Watch out that no
bitter root of unbelief rises up among you, for whenever it springs up, many are corrupted by its poison.

Hebrews 12:24 You have come to Jesus, the one who mediates the new covenant between God and people, and to the

Hebrews 12:26 When God spoke from Mount Sinai his voice shook the earth, but now he makes another promise: “Once
again I will shake not only the earth but the heavens also.”

Hebrews 12:28 Since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be destroyed, let us be thankful and please God by

Hebrews 13:16 Don’t forget to do good and to share what you have with those in need, for such sacrifices are very
pleasing to God.

Hebrews 13:17 Obey your spiritual leaders and do what they say. Their work is to watch over your souls, and they know
they are accountable to God. Give them reason to do this joyfully and not with sorrow. That would certainly not be for
your benefit.

Hebrews 13:20 And now, may the God of peace, who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, equip you with all you
need for doing his will. May he produce in you, through the power of Jesus Christ, all that is pleasing to him. Jesus is
the great Shepherd of the sheep by an everlasting covenant, signed with his blood. To him be glory forever and ever.

2 Peter 3:5 They deliberately forget that God made the heavens by the word of his command, and he brought the earth
up from the water and surrounded it with water.

the truth.

1 John 1:7 But if we are living in the light of God’s presence, just as Christ is, then we have fellowship with each other,
and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from every sin.

1 John 1:8 If we say we have no sin, we are only fooling ourselves and refusing to accept the truth.

You are my dear children, and I write these things to you so that you won’t sin. But if anyone does sin, we continually
have a forgiving Redeemer who is face-to-face with the Father: Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. He is the atoning
sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world. Here’s how we can be sure that
we’ve truly come to know God: if we keep his commands. If someone claims, “I have come to know God by
experience,” yet doesn’t keep God’s commands, he is a phony and the truth finds no place in him. But the love of God
will be perfected within the one who obeys God’s Word. We can be sure that we’ve truly come to live in intimacy with
God, not just by saying, “I am intimate with God,” but by walking in the footsteps of Jesus. Yet, in a sense, it is a new
commandment, as its truth is made manifest both in Christ and in you, because the darkness is disappearing and the
true light is already blazing. I remind you, dear children: your sins have been permanently removed because of the
power of his name. I remind you, fathers and mothers: you have a relationship with the One who has existed from the
beginning. And I remind you, young people: you have defeated the Evil One. I write these things to you, dear children,
because you truly have a relationship with the Father. I write these things, fathers and mothers, because you have had a
true relationship with him who is from the beginning. And I write these things, young people, because you are strong,
the Word of God is treasured in your hearts, and you have defeated the Evil One. Don’t set the affections of your heart
on this world or in loving the things of the world. The love of the Father and the love of the world are incompatible. For
all that the world can offer us—the gratification of our flesh, the allurement of the things of the world, and the
obsession with status and importance —none of these things come from the Father but from the world. This world and
its desires are in the process of passing away, but those who love to do the will of God live forever. So you must be sure
to keep the message burning in your hearts; that is, the message of life you heard from the beginning. If you do, you
will always be living in close fellowship with the Son and with the Father.
