The first batch was turned over to University of Antique to students who have been stranded at the vicinity and cannot return to their homes due to the damage on certain areas which became impassable. The recipients were not able to return home for a week after the typhoon. Thus, PICE Professional organization turned over the donations to the College of Engineering and Architecture.
