    Rider Rentals

    CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT

    PARTIES

    This CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT (referred to as “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of
    April 9, 2025, between Rider Rentals represented by Jhullie Davide (referred to as “Owner”)
    with its principal place at 3977 Kerry Way Norwalk, CA 90650 and Taylor Swifty (referred to as
    “Renter”).

    Jhullie Davide and Taylor Swifty be collectively referred to as "Parties" and individually as
    “Party.”

    SCOPE OF RENT

    The vehicle rented shall be a 2019 Chevrolet Suburban (“Vehicle”), the rent shall only be for
    two (2) days. Should the Vehicle not be returned on the supposed Agreement date of April 11,
    2025, additional fee of 2% of the total rent shall be charged per day.

    OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

    The Vehicle shall be entitled to the Owner. The Renter agrees and understands that the Vehicle
    rented shall only be utilized for personal use.

    WARRANTIES

    Both Parties agree that any violation of this Agreement shall entitle the violating party to pay a
    fee of $200,000.00 for compensation. The Renter agrees that the Vehicle shall be returned in
    the same condition as it was received.
    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    Both Parties shall be bounded by the following terms and conditions:

    DEPOSIT REQUIRED

    The Renter agrees to pay a security deposit of $3,000.00 and an advance payment of $5,000.00
    for both of the days of the car being rented.

    PAYMENT

    The Payment shall be made through bank transfer only. Any other modes of payment shall not
    be accepted by the Owner. The Renter agrees to pay at least two (2) weeks before the rental
    day.

    TERM & TERMINATION

    Anything that shall be done illegally using the Vehicle shall not hold the Owner liable and would
    result in immediate termination of the Agreement. Should the Renter fails to pay on the due
    date, the Agreement shall be invalid.

    DAMAGE AND LOSS

    The Renter agrees that any damage done to the Vehicle shall hold the Renter liable for all the
    expenses to be paid for the reparations and compensation.

    CONFIDENTIALITY

    Both Parties agree that any personal information disclosed in connection with this Agreement
    shall be kept with the utmost confidentiality.
    GENERAL PROVISIONS

    This Agreement shall abide by the laws and regulations of the state of California Any dispute
    arising between the involved Parties shall be settled by arbitration.

    ACCEPTANCE

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, each of the Parties has executed this Agreement as of the day and year
    set forth above.
