Registration fee of AED 500 + 3 PD cheques

Bounced cheque and late fee payment will be charged with AED 100.
Refund Policy
Amount paid for books & uniforms are non-refundable.

Attendance of 2 weeks or less: One-month fee to be paid
Attendance of 2 weeks to one month: Two month’s fee to be paid
Attendance of more than one month: Entire term fee to be paid

Admission Procedure
Brilliant Private School is a private institution following EYFS and the Cambridge Curriculum Pathway and the

School Responsibilities
Registration Procedures:
1. Filling online application form. (application for admission)
2. Interview and assessment/entrance exam
3. Pass the interview/ assessment/entrance exams
4. Providing the required documents for verification.
5. Payment of the first instalment fees & PDC for other terms.
6. Student will be added to school enrolment.
Acceptance Conditions:
As per MOE new age of criteria for acceptance the students:

1. Admissions to EYFS are accepted on a play-based assessment to determine the child’s readiness for school.
The assessment will focus on the child’s personal, social and emotional development, their communication
and language skills, and some consideration of their physical development.
2. Year 1- 2 admissions will be subject to a review of the child’s most recent school report (if applicable) and will
include an English, Maths and Arabic proficiency test (for Arabic speaking students or who studied Arabic in
previous grades/years). The candidates are accepted to Year 1& 2 upon the completion minimum age given
in the table above.
3. Year 3-10 admissions will be subject to a review the child’s most recent school report, Arabic proficiency test
(for Arabic speaking students or who studied Arabic in previous grades/years) and a CAT4 assessment
report. Those students wishing to join.
4. Year 11 – Year 13 admissions will be purely based on CAIE result/grade and will also be interviewed by each
of our subject specialists to determine their subject knowledge. The candidates are accepted upon the certificate
of completion previous year and does not exceed the highest age limit permitted.
5. We work in accordance with SPEA age enrolment guidelines and aim to place children in the appropriate year
group. Students who are transferring from schools following different curriculum are advised to contact our
Sr. Secretary for advice when completing their online registration.
6. If your child passes the entrance exam you will receive an e-mail to proceed for admission and should submit
the required documents and payment accordingly.
Required Documents:
1. 6 recent coloured passport size photographs.
2. A copy of student’s passport with valid residence visa.
3. A copy of family book (for UAE nationals only)
4. The original Emirates ID + a copy
5. A copy of the birth certificate.
6. A copy of the vaccination card+ medical file from the previous school. Scan to

8. Original continuous studying letter from the previous school.
9. Original pass certificate of the last grade level (from KG onward).
10.Original transfer certificate.
11. If a student is transferring from a school located outside the UAE all documents must be
endorsed by the ministry of education, the ministry of foreign affairs, and the UAE embassy
of the issuing countries.
