Contract agreement

The Employer hereby employs the Employee to perform the duties of an Uber driver,
and the Employee accepts such employment under the terms and conditions set
forth in this Agreement.

2. Relationship of Parties
Independent Contractor Status: A statement clarifying that the driver is an independent
contractor and not an employee of Uber.
No Authority to make any decision outside of this agreement and to speak for the Family
without our consent.
You be solely responsible for the views you share and your code of conduct during your
employment with us.
Respect is important to our objective; we want people to feel safe and respected so that we
can ensure customer satisfaction.
Employee-Driver Agreement
This Employee-Driver Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of 30/01/2024, by Monale
and Clive Akol and between [Employee's Full Name], herein referred to as "Employee," and
[Employer's Name or Business Name], herein referred to as "Employer."

1. Employment

The Employer hereby employs the Employee to perform the duties of an Uber driver, and the
Employee accepts such employment under the terms and conditions set forth in this
Agreement.

2. Duties and Responsibilities

The Employee shall:


Operate as an Uber driver, providing transportation services to passengers as requested
through Uber's digital platform.
Maintain the vehicle provided by the Employer in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and Uber's community guidelines and terms of
service.
3. Compensation

The Employee will be compensated with a 60/40 split payable [specify payment frequency,
e.g., weekly, bi-weekly]. Additional bonuses or incentives may be provided at the discretion
of the Employer based on performance metrics agreed upon by both parties.

4. Term and Termination

The Employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information related to
the Employer's business and its dealings with Uber and its passengers.

8. Governing Law

9. Entire Agreement
