Ideate captivating campaigns that accentuate the natural, safe, and nurturing aspects
of Prakrta products.
Collaborate closely with influencers to ensure content is authentic, informative, and

Contractual Clarity and Partnership Benefits:
Establish transparent contracts outlining campaign details, deliverables, compensation,
and usage rights.
Design attractive compensation packages and exclusive benefits to incentivize
influencers and solidify long-term partnerships.

Oversee a meticulously planned content posting schedule, optimizing reach and
engagement.
Personally engage with the influencer's audience, leveraging user-generated content
to enhance campaign effectiveness.

COMMERCIAL TERMS:

Scope of Services: As outlined in this document.

Timeline: 8 weeks or as mutually discussed.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday

Commercial Charges for Service Offering: ₹50,000 for a 4-week

billing cycle.

Payment Schedule:

50% Payment released on the 15th day of the month.

Remaining 50% on the 30th day of the month.

Payment Method: Bank transfer or UPI transfer.

Termination of Services: The initial 15 days will serve as a trial period.

If either the client or consultant deems the collaboration unfit, a

termination request can be submitted
