Accomplishments:
1. Diversity of Learners:
Recognizing the diverse backgrounds and learning styles of
students, ELLN identified the need for ongoing support in
implementing differentiated and culturally responsive teaching
strategies.
2. Limited Resources:
The challenge of limited resources, including funding and
materials, was acknowledged. ELLN is actively engaging in
advocacy efforts and exploring partnerships to address resource
gaps.
3. Professional Development Gaps:
The advocacy of every teacher is to contribute much to the well
being of very learner related to ELLN.
Ways Forward:
In conclusion, the ELLN program is a great help to children who are in key
stage 1 to advance their knowledge in reading and numeracy skills. The
collaborative efforts of our teachers, administrators, policy makers and stake
holders this program will be successful and all children in the country will be
good readers and numeracy literate.
