    A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE SIGNATORIES OF BARANGAY PATONG BANK ACCOUNT AT


    THE DEVELOPMENT BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (DBP) CATBALOGAN BRANCH

    WHEREAS, Barangay Patong, Calbiga, Samar is maintaining its Bank Account with Account Name
    ______________________ and Account Number _________________ at the Development Bank of the
    Philippines Catbalogan Branch.

    WHEREAS, there is a need to Update and Change the Bank Records and Information pertaining to the
    Bank Account of Barangay Patong with the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) Catbalogan
    Branch as a result of the recently concluded Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE),
    particularly its Signatories, to continuously serve the needs of Barangay Patong residents.

    WHEREAS, the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Certificate of Canvass of Votes and Proclamation
    No. 0013109 dated October 30, 2023, stipulated that Hon. Rommel Lopez Rutor is the newly proclaimed
    Punong Barangay of Barangay Patong, Calbiga, Samar.

    WHEREAS, Hon. Rommel Lopez Rutor took his Oath of Office and subsequently assumed office as
    Punong Barangay of Barangay Patong, Calbiga, Samar on November 13, 2023.

    WHEREAS, on November 13, 2023, Punong Barangay Rommel L. Rutor has appointed Alma A. Nacario as
    Barangay Treasurer, and whose appointment was officially concurred by the Sangguniang Barangay on
    November 17, 2023, and subsequently took her oath of office on November 24, 2023.

    WHEREAS, the Local Government Code of 1991, provides that the Punong Barangay and the Barangay
    Treasurer shall become co-signatories in all Financial and Bank Transactions of the Barangay.

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Romulo Cadiong, Chairman, Committee on Appropriations, and
    duly seconded, it was :

    RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Punong Barangay Rommel L. Rutor and Barangay Treasurer
    Alma A. Nacario are designated as the New Signatories of Barangay Patong Bank Account under DBP
    Bank Account No. __________ with Account Name ________________ by the Sangguniang Barangay of
    Patong during its Regular Session held on December 1, 2023 at Barangay Patong, Calbiga, Samar.

    UNANIMOUSLY Adopted on December 1, 2023.
