I. Title: Kabataang Bumabasa: Active Reader, Future Leader
II. Objectives:
 Promote the love of reading among our stakeholders
 Involve the student body in more extra-curriculars to further enhance and strengthen unity within the
school student body
 Launch the outreach reading program for out of school youth
III. Date and Venue:

San Agustin Elementary School, San Agustin City of Malolos (November 14-December 4,
2023)
IV. Participants:
Faculty, SPG, student body, parents, and other stakeholders
V. Highlights of the Activity:

1. Book Talk and Celebrity Reader- SPG Officers Read to the different sections as well
as a chosen Celebrity Reader (Ma’am Wenalyn Santiago), and the PTA joined in
reading to the various sections and giving away prizes to kids who got comprehension
question correctly.
2. Outreach Reading Program- The SPG Officers after having a skill building in
beginning reading, launched a reading program for pupils who are struggling/ non
readers.
