A REQUEST LETTER FOR PERMISSION TO SENSITIZE

We are writing to humbly request for your permission to bring down sensitization on Drug
abuse/addiction to this great citadel of learning. This sensitization is scheduled to take place on any
Tuesday in the month of February in which you deem fit to approve any time between 9am to 12pm.

As a requirement under the community development service, we would like to ensure that we have
your approval and support for this sensitization event. We believe that this sensitization will be
beneficial to the students who are the younger generation as it’s good to enlighten them now so they
don’t give in due to ignorance.

We would like to ensure that we have your full support and co-orporation for this sensitization. We
promise to comply with all the rules and regulation of this great school and will take necessary steps to
make it a successful event and precautions to ensure the safety of all attendees.
