A Concise Practice of Vajrakilaya

1. First take refuge in the Triple Gem

2. Then sound the syllable AH

3. Out of AH we arise as Vajrakilaya, with one face, two arms, rolling a
phurba, standing in the fire of pristine consciousness atop two rudras

4. Our body radiates light in all directions

5. While maintaining a state of Dharmata, we recite the mantra of

Vajrakilaya:

OM VAJRA KILI KILAYA HUM PHET

6. We imagine that as we recite the mantra, light radiates from us

removing all obstacles, then the light returns to us and then emanates
again and again in this fashion.

7. When we are finished reciting the mantra, we remember the state of

natural concentration and we relax the group of six (five sense organs
and mind) and rest in that state.
