SSC Physics List of Practical and Questions

This document outlines the practical exam for SSC Physics in 2024. It includes 25 physics experiments covering topics like mechanics, properties of matter, heat, optics, electricity, and magnetism. Students will be asked 3 questions from the list provided in place of evaluating their practical notebook and conducting a viva voce exam. The questions cover concepts like the least count of vernier calipers, acceleration due to gravity, units of force, and Snell's law of refraction.

Questions to be asked in place of Practical Notebook and Viva Voce. (Total Marks 06)
Write answers of any three of the following questions on your answer sheet.

Q.NO Questions Marks

1. What is the least count of Vernier calipers in (a) millimeters and (b) centimeters? (2)
2. Is the acceleration of a ball roll down an angle iron same as gravitational (2)
acceleration (g)?
3. What is the unit used for force of limiting friction? (2)
4. What is Snell’s law? (2)

Note: The above questions will be asked from students as replacement of the marks of Practical
Notebook and Viva Voce. The rest of the conduct/format of practical examination will
continue as per practice in vogue.
