    Introduction
    Series MZ petrochemical process pump is an overhung, horizontal, centerline mounted,
    single stage, radially split process pump. It is designed according to API610 standard as
    standard OH1 & OH2 type. It has the broadest performance range in the industry and is
    used in heavy-duty refinery, petrochemical, gas processing and offshore oil production
    services.
    Work temperature is from -40°C to 300°C and up to 400°C with cooling system.
    This optimal designed pump offers significant operational and maintenance, enhancing
    benefits to minimize the total cost of pump ownership.

    Pump Structures
    Casing
    The pump casing is designed with a horizontal center-line or foot-mounted, end inlet and a
    vertical top outlet which makes it self-venting.
    For ease of maintenance, the pump is constructed so that pipe connectors do not have to be
    disturbed when internal maintenance is required.
    Impeller
    The impeller is a single suction, radial flow, closed design. The impeller is dynamically
    balanced, keyed to the shaft and secured by lock-nut and lock screw. Renewable wear rings
    are press fit onto the impeller hubs (front and back) and positively secured with axial screws
    or tack welding.
    Pump Bearings and Lubrication
    The pump is fitted with ball and or roller type bearings which may be configured differently
    dependent on use.
    The bearings are oil lubricated with oil ring and constant-level oil cup.
    Shaft and Shaft Seal
    The large diameter stiff shaft, mounted on bearings, has a keyed drive end.
    ISO 21049/API 682 seal chamber accommodates a wide variety of seal configurations
    including dual pressurized and unpressurized cartridge types for the most severe services. A
    full complement of API 610 seal flush plans is available.
    Rotating Direction
    The direction of rotation of the pump is CW when viewed from the driven end.
