Introduction
● The Health Record Management System (HRMS) is a centralized database
contains the in-patient record.
● The database record contains the patient personal info, department lies-in,
physician, tours, ,treatment and lab results.
● Since the patient enters the hospital the workflow starts and continues as long
as the patient still in the hospital.
● Even after the treatment is done health records, reports and other healthcare
documents are accessible online.

Aims and functionalities of System
The aim of this system is to design and implement a system which
supports health care providers by its capabilities on treat the status of
an in-patient to the hospital.
Functionalities of HRMS are:
● Efficiency and Reliability: dependability and Consistency execute
the required functions of software.
● The possibility of developing a report for each patient case in
hospital.
● Saves time and cost with the system of HRMS
● The best control of the patient status based on their test results.
The clarity of the direction of the health status of the patient.
Proposed Features

The project is expected to have several following features as modules:

● Admin login
● Patient login
● Doctor login
● Manage patient’s record
● Account settings
● E-Card for Healthcare
● Consultation records
● Surgery records
● Diagnosis records
Implementation
By implementing the Patient Record Management System using the
MERN stack, i.e(Mongodb, Express, React, Node). Healthcare providers
can streamline their operations, reduce paperwork, improve data
accuracy, and ultimately provide better patient care. This system is a
step towards modernizing healthcare management and enhancing the
overall patient experience.
