is abusive and threatening towards a certain group of people,
generally based on prejudice related to race, gender, sexuality,
religion or disability.

thinking and putting ideas ,Some of the groups use freedom of
speech as a tool to express their hatred. against the
government or any other social group, As freedom of speech
can become catalyst to influence many people which can also
become a threat in the society. If freedom of speech Is used
