 Come-up with a new school rules and regulations in “Tagalog version”
 To promote peace and order in school community to achieve child friendly
school.
 help our school establish rules and procedures and create standards of
quality for learning and safety, as well as expectations and accountability.

II. NARRATIVE REPORT


A. Introduction/Rationale
School rules and regulations are among the strategies designed to instill good
conduct to the students; these imply self-control, orderliness, acceptable behavior and
obedience to the school authority (Adams, 2003). Also, rules and regulations are set to
maintain proper governance and build respect among the teachers and the students.
Also, discipline aims to educate and nurture values of tolerance, respect, and
self-discipline in the learner rather than to victimize, belittle and dominate those who
are under the said rules and regulations (Gottfredson, 2009).

Preliminaries:
we started in a prayer lead by Sir Neldon David, Discipline Committee rep grade 9,
followed by the food for thought by yours truly and checking of attendance by Mam
Caryl.

After the preliminaries, yours truly presented the Contextualized School Rules and
Regualtions. It was anchored in Anti-Bullying Act ( Republic Act 10627) , Deped order
#40, s. In 2012, Special Protection of Children against abuse Exploitation and
Discrimination Act ( RA 7610, Anti-Bastos Law, Deped order no. 32, s. 2017.

Sir Allan explained the Rules and Regulations, as well as the possible sanctions for each
prohibition. Following that, most of us shared our personal experiences with how cases
were handled during interrogations. Following that, we all agreed to create it in Tagalog
so that we could all understand the content.The said Contextualized School Rules and
Regulations is now subject for approval.

The meeting was adjourned at exactly 12 nn.

D. Conclusion/Recommendations

If a child chooses to tell a member of staff about possible, abuse there are a
number of things that should be done to support the child;
1.Stay calm and be available to listen.
2.Listen with care to what the child is saying.
4.Keep a full record-date, time, what the child did said and etc.
5.Reassure the child and let them know they were right to inform us.
