Install SQL Server

- Then press the download button in the developer section to download the software

- Open the downloaded application and run

- After opening the application, we have 3 options for different purposes for users

+ Basic: this is the simplest option for users, where the application will automatically install basic functions for
you.  should choose

+ Custom: this is the installation part for those of you who want to use it more intensively, when you choose,
you will be able to manually install the configuration of the software.
+ Download Media: when selecting this item, the system will download for you an offline installation file for the
purpose of installing on many different devices without reloading from the beginning.

- Press the Customize button to start the configuration settings to use


- The first window we press next

- Next, in the Product key section, you must select the developer section to be able to use this software
for free and click next to continue.

- In the Features Selection section, we should select Database Engine Services, Data Quality Client and
Client Tools Connectivity so that the application provides enough packages and functions for you to
fully learn about databases and click next.

- You can name the Instance (the name you can set as you like, no accents, no spaces) then click next
until the Database Engine Configuration section.

- - Select the function Mix Mode. This is the security function for your database.
- - Enter the password for your super admin account. And finally click the Add current User button to
add an account.
- - Finally, you click next until the item Ready to Install.
