The Project comprises the carrying out and completion of the Swing Studios building including the
Pocket substation forming part of the project known as DG006 PROPOSED SWING STUDIOS
BUILDING, EMIRATES GOLF COURSE in the Emirate of Dubai.

 Major Problems/Issues Encountered:

1-Long lead item for civil & Mep to need corrective actions to meet milestones.
2- client instruction to finish external works at the end of December and remove
portacabins and temporary fence.
3-Client instruction to suspension of the works from date of 12-jan-2024 to 23-
jan-2024 and there is time impact and cost related to this circumstance
4- There is major delay for approval for materials from the client
5- The contractor couldn’t submit inspection from Dewa for pocket-sub-station
and reflect this issue to the engineer and client
