Aim: Introduce networking simulator tool and demonstrate various functionality.

Installation and Execution:


 First we need to download Cisco Packet Tracer software for simulation and then execute exe
file.

 After execution of exe file you can see the screen shown below.

 Below shown image is the home screen of software where we can see many different devices
for different connectivity at the bottom.

Multi-User Connection:

Sample Connection Example :


 The below image shown an example of connection between router and a pc. Here, we have
used console cable for connection. One side of console cable is connected at router at pin
console and another is connected at pc at pin RS 232.

Conclusion:

From this experiment, I have learnt many features of this simulation tool like different routers and
their configurations like pins, internal structure etc.
Also learnt about different switches, home appliances like ac, battery etc and different end devices
like pc, laptop etc.
Also learnt how these devices will be connected with each other and at which pin we want to plug
wire.
Using this tool we can also configure different commands for devices.
