Position Technical – Intern Business System Analyst - Location- GURGAON

Job Purpose:

• Part of a team of developers and analyse and identify the system problems in existing flow of the
product and implement appropriate solutions.
• Design systems and conduct testing to evaluate results along with researching & recommending ways
to improve the product construct to suit the domestic and global market.
• You would be responsible to drive the identification of requirements across the products and identify
substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
• Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing forward-thinking systems
prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
• Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent
communication at all levels
• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems
development
• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability

Job Duties:

• Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs from the product team & collaborates with
product sponsors to determine the scope.
• Identifies and establishes customer requirements and creates the BRD, FRD, wire frames, researches to
create workflow storyboards and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing use cases,
scenarios, and other methods.
• Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on the product to define
project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
• Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
• Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and
conformity to standards.
• Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
• Develops and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement
specifications are correctly interpreted.
• Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating
these back to the business stakeholders.
• Help to create a strong process for best coding practices

Skills/Qualifications:

Must have

• Pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science


• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows based infrastructure
• Working knowledge on productivity tools like Visio, XD (wire frame creation) or equivalent, Office,
CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Jira, etc.
• Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services, DevOps and Agile
principles would be an advantage
• Keen to work on project management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources
• Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives
• Strong verbal, written & communication skills and of project management and documentation.
• Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
• Extensive experience with data visualization
• Highly proficient technical writing capabilities

Good to have

• Exposure to working in a product company and cyber security would be an advantage


• Knowledge of ReactJs, Python, Django, Java, Java scripts and MySql would be an advantage
• Domain knowledge of cybersecurity would be an advantage
• Proven capabilities & experience in project and user-testing management, business and technical
requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development
