(Reflect on the activities you reported above.) What successes did you have? What did you
learn from them?
On the activities I did this week, the valuable successess I gained are the additional
knowlegde from the seminar on which I learned the different services SSS offers and how it
works. I also learned how to handle employees since I was given task on assisting them and
answering their quaries during the seminar.
On the second week, I was the only one who reported to the office and it is also the time were
SSS system are implementing updates and maintenance with their system so a number of
employers who can't access to their employer account visited to the office. At that time, I can
say that the successes I had and the learning I had gain from it is the ability to handle the
clients and offering support for them. Although, I'm also lacking with information at that
time, it is important for me to make them understand about the situation to avoid confusion.
