BootCamp – 23-24Dec23

The person you become in the journey of achieving the goal is important

Check each of the below areas 5 years ago, Now and 5 Years later
1. Physical
2. Mental Health – IQ, Memory, Higher faculties
3. Emotional – EQ, Anger management, Enthusiasm, Revenge, guilt, Shame, Burning
desires, Balanced, those which cannot be copied
4. Attractiveness – Physical attractiveness
5. Relationships – Speaking to relatives, Standing for each other
6. Living environment – Home, Office
7. Social life – Interaction with the world, team members, clubs, weddings
8. Spiritual – Connection with the almighty
9. Career -
10. Financial – Concentrate on Net worth

Concentrate only on SMT  Specific, Measurable and Time bound


More the goal, lesser the chances of achieving

a. Personal Goals – Health, Relationships, Habits, Energy, enthusiasm


b. Wealth Goals – Dream job, Career, increment, Money in the bank, Networth, Reduce
EMIs, all financial goals
c. Adventure Goals – Any new experience, Singing, Karoke, Chasing northern lights, Things
that don’t require money but just a will power to do something different
d. Contribution Goals – Need not be money but contribution as time , old age, orphanage,
planting trees, Law is always Give and Take
Focus on breath, listen to a soothing music
Law is always Give and Take
Don’t concentrate on How, only think on What to be done with a timeline

Lock Goal  Pic one goal called the breakthrough goal in each area

Goal without a timeline is just a dream


Think all that you can think of – like The wish list from a kid to a Santa

Check on Money Magnet recording – 19:00 for 2 mins

5 R process to be followed – Recognize your thoughts, Respond to the situation, Reframe
your perception, Release the thought or emotion of energy or vibration, Retrain your
