 Uphip circle 3 connected casts, finishing in straddle cast shape

2 hour group comp prep
Week 1 Learn routines
Week 2 Learn routines
Week 3 High numbers
Week 4 Mock comp
Week 5 high numbers
Week 6 Pressure routines (practise 2/3 routines, then everyone sits down and watches)

1-3 learning routines, fixing all big mistakes, giving corrections after each go.
4-5 cleaning up, presentation corrections, no major changes.
6 positivity sending them to comp completely positive.

Through out comp prep and non-comp prep big emphasis on starting positions, landing positions and
finishing position. The more they do it the more it will become habit.
