1. Let ABC be a triangle with circumcircle Ω and let G be the centroid of triangle ABC. Extend AG, BG
and CG to meet the circle Ω again in A1 , B1 and C1 . Suppose ∠BAC = ∠A1 B1 C1 , ∠ABC = ∠A1 C1 B1 and
∠ACB = B1 A1 C1 . Prove that ABC and A1 B1 C1 are equilateral triangles.
2. Let H be the orthocenter of a nonisosceles triangle ABC. The bisector of angle BHC meets AB and AC at
points P and Q respectively. The perpendiculars to AB and AC from P and Q meet at K. Prove that KH
bisects the segment BC.
3. Circles ω1 and ω2 have centres O1 and O2 , respectively. These two circles intersect at points X and Y . AB is
common tangent line of these two circles such that A lies on ω1 and B lies on ω2 . Let tangents to ω1 and ω2 at
X intersect O1 O2 at points K and L, respectively. Suppose that line BL intersects ω2 for the second time at M
and line AK intersects ω1 for the second time at N . Prove that lines AM, BN and O1 O2 concur.
4. Let ABC be a triangle with incenter I, and let D be a point on line BC satisfying ∠AID = 90◦ . Let the
excircle of triangle ABC opposite the vertex A be tangent to BC at A1 . Define points B1 on CA and C1 on AB
analogously, using the excircles opposite B and C, respectively. Prove that if quadrilateral AB1 A1 C1 is cyclic,
then AD is tangent to the circumcircle of 4DB1 C1 .
5. Two circles G1 and G2 intersect at two points M and N . Let AB be the line tangent to these circles at A
and B, respectively, so that M lies closer to AB than N . Let CD be the line parallel to AB and passing through
the point M , with C on G1 and D on G2 . Lines AC and BD meet at E; lines AN and CD meet at P ; lines

6. Two circles C1 and C2 intersect each other at points A and B. Their external common tangent (closer to B)
touches C1 at P and C2 at Q. Let C be the reflection of B in line P Q. Prove that ∠CAP = ∠BAQ.
7. Let 4ABC be an acute-angled triangle with its incenter I. Suppose that N is the midpoint of the arc BAC of
the circumcircle of triangle 4ABC, and P is a point such that ABP C is a parallelogram.Let Q be the reflection

8. In an acute triangle ABC segments BE and CF are altitudes. Two circles passing through the point A and
F and tangent to the line BC at the points P and Q so that B lies between C and Q. Prove that lines P E and
QF intersect on the circumcircle of triangle AEF .
9. Let ∆ABC be a triangle with orthocenter H and BH meet AC at E and CH meet AB at F . Let EF
intersect the line through A parallel to BC at X and the tangent to (ABC) at A intersect BC at Y . Let XY
intersect AB at P and let XY meet AC at Q. Let O be the circumcenter of ∆AP Q and AO meet BC at T .
Let V be the projection of H on AT and M be the midpoint of BC. Then prove that (BHC) and (T V M ) are
tangent to each other.

10. Let ABCD be a convex quadrilateral with ∠ABC = ∠ADC < 90◦ . The internal angle bisectors of ∠ABC
and ∠ADC meet AC at E and F respectively, and meet each other at point P . Let M be the midpoint of
AC and let ω be the circumcircle of triangle BP D. Segments BM and DM intersect ω again at X and Y
respectively. Denote by Q the intersection point of lines XE and Y F . Prove that P Q ⊥ AC.
11. Let BM be a median in an acute-angled triangle ABC. A point K is chosen on the line through C tangent
to the circumcircle of M BM C so that ∠KBC = 90◦ . The segments AK and BM meet at J. Prove that the
circumcenter of 4BJK lies on the line AC. 12. Given an acute triangle ABC, let M be the midpoint of BC
and H the orthocentre. Let Γ be the circle with diameter HM , and let X, Y be distinct points on Γ such that
AX, AY are tangent to Γ. Prove that BXY C is cyclic.
13. Let ABC be an acute scalene triangle with orthocenter H and M the midpoint of BC. Let D and E be
points on lines AB and AC respectively such that AC = CD and AB = BE. The rays M D and M E intersect
the circumcircle of ABC at P and Q respectively. Let R be the second intersection point of the circumcircles of
BP M and CQM . Show that the circumcircles of P QR and AHR are tangent to each other.
14. Let ABC be a scalene acute-angled triangle and D be the point on its circumcircle such that AD is a
symmedian of triangle ABC. Let E be the reflection of D about BC, C0 the reflection of E about AB and B0

15. Let O be the circumcenter of an acute triangle ABC. Line OA intersects the altitudes of ABC through B
and C at P and Q, respectively. The altitudes meet at H. Prove that the circumcenter of triangle P QH lies on
a median of triangle ABC.
